Subscription Policy
What does a subscription include? ▾
A subscription unlocks all premium episodes across all seasons on Ristaf Stories — both present and future content — for the duration of your plan. Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless you purchase again.
Can I get a refund? ▾
Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error. For issues, contact support within 48 hours.
What happens when my subscription expires? ▾
You revert to the free plan. Previously listened history and progress are preserved. You lose access to premium episode audio until you resubscribe.
Can my account be banned? ▾
Accounts that violate our Terms of Service — including sharing accounts, attempting to extract audio files, or abusive behaviour — may be banned. An active ban immediately revokes your subscription with no refund. You may submit a ban removal request with reason for admin review.
Is my payment data secure? ▾
All payments are processed by Razorpay — a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Ristaf Stories never stores your card details.
