By accessing or using Ristaf Stories ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms govern all users including free and premium subscribers.
Ristaf Stories is an audio podcast streaming platform offering Hindi story podcasts. Content is available in free and premium tiers. Free users can access free episodes and the first episode of any paid podcast as a preview. Premium users unlock all episodes across all seasons.
You must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account credentials. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
Ristaf Stories offers two subscription plans:
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize Razorpay to charge your chosen payment method. A subscription grants access to all premium content including all seasons and episodes, ad-free listening, extended playback speed (up to 5x), and offline downloads.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Digital subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
We reserve the right to suspend or ban any account that violates these Terms, including attempting to download or redistribute paid audio, sharing credentials, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity.
Effect of ban: Active subscriptions are immediately revoked without refund. Banned users may still access the site but cannot use premium features. A ban appeal can be submitted via the Settings page.
Administrators may revoke subscriptions for ban, fraudulent payment, or Terms violations. Revoked subscriptions are not refunded. Admin-granted subscriptions may be revoked at any time.
All content on Ristaf Stories is owned by or licensed to Nishant Creations. You may stream content for personal listening only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content.
Paid audio content is delivered via secure, time-limited signed URLs (1-hour expiry). Attempting to bypass these security measures or redistribute secured content violates these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
Free-tier users will see advertisements served by Adsterra. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience. We are not responsible for third-party advertisement content.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ristaf Stories is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via in-app notification.
